Oh I knew I was in for a huge test when we moved out of our first home and into a hotel with arrangements already set in place to get keys to our new home within a three-week time span. When that three weeks turned to four months of shut doors during our home search (and not to mention the two months of renovations once we moved into our new home), I was fully aware it was for a purpose and it was for reason. I knew I had entered a season that was going to be difficult, but if I could make it to the other side, I’d reap the blessing. Frustrating moments came, stress came, and even feelings of anxiety, BUT at the end of the day, I had no choice but to give it to God and choose to place my worries and cares in His hands. I didn’t want to go back to horrible coping mechanisms as I used to when things got difficult. I was determined to go through the fire and keep pressing until I saw a turn in my situation. I pray this video encourages you to stand and keep moving even when there are obstacles. Don’t turn around and go the opposite direction. As heavy as your feet may be, as hot as it may be, and as daunting as things become, keep pressing through the fire until you’re made pure as GOLD!!!!!!! Here’s video.
CHALLENGE
Today, I just need to you decree and declare that you will not head in the opposite direction. You will not back down. You will not worry. You will not give into to the enemy’s devices. You have the power to overcome. You have the power to walk in victory. You will choose, today, to press until your obstacle moves out of the way. Choose, today, to pass the test and rely on God’s strength every step of the way.
